Registration/Vendor Information
Reservations will be confirmed once registration and payment have been received by our office.
January 10th is the deadline to have you business listed in the proceedings.
Display Space: each display area consists of 3′ x 6′ table and 2 chairs
Registrations are non-refundable.
Space is limited. Booth locations will be assigned by sponsorship levels and order of registration. Gold and Silver sponsors will be located around the refreshment tables in front of the grand ball room.
Set up/Tear Down
Set up is only available the morning of the conference, no earlier than 7 am. Teardown can occur once conference has adjourned at 3:30 pm.

Gold Level – $1000
- Lunch speaking opportunity (limited to 3 min.)
- Reserved luncheon table next to stage
- Ads and flyers may be placed at lunch tables
