Sponsorship or Exhibit Registration Information

  • Reservations will be confirmed when the registration payment is received in our office.
  • Registration and Business Information must be received by December 1, 2019 to be listed in the Proceedings Booklet.
  • Gold and Silver levels may choose booth location at trade show. All other exhibitors will have random location assignments.
  • Display space consists of 3 ft by 6 ft table and 2 chairs. Set up in Exhibit Hall may begin at 7:00 am February 25. Conference will adjourn at 3:30 PM. Booths may be removed after that.
  • Meal tickets provided with registration are for Tuesday’s lunch.
  • Registrations are non-refundable.
  • All exhibitors/sponsors may include a one-page advertisement in the handout bag at no additional charge. Send 500 copies by February 1, 2020.

A tier level, ranging from basic exhibitor to gold level, has been developed to provide a variety of choices to fit your needs. Registration Payments can be made by check (mail check and this printed form SFC Vendor Registration 2020) or by PayPal (see below). A transaction fee of 2.9% + $.30 will be included collected by Pay Pal for payments made via Pay Pal.
